Brick City Haven is ideally located for healthcare professionals. We are within a short commute of University Hospital Newark (1.5 mi), Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (2.3 mi), Saint Barnabas Medical Center (4.1 mi), and RWJBarnabas Health facilities. Most tenants reach their assignments in under 20 minutes.

Street parking is available in the neighborhood. We recommend checking Newark parking regulations for your specific block. Several paid parking garages are also within walking distance. Please contact us for the most up-to-date parking guidance for your stay.

We are a pet-free property to ensure a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all tenants, including healthcare professionals who may have sensitivities. We appreciate your understanding.

All stays are fully all-inclusive. Your rent covers WiFi, electricity, water, gas, in-unit laundry, access to the home gym, and all furnishings. There are no hidden utility bills — just one simple monthly rate.

For World Cup 2026 entire home bookings, the same refund tiers apply to your $850 deposit (or 10% of total for 2+ week stays). Yes — the light rail train is only 2 blocks away, making it easy to get around without a car. NJ Transit bus lines are also within walking distance. From the light rail, you can reach Newark Penn Station in under 10 minutes, where trains connect to NYC Penn Station in under 30 minutes. Newark Liberty International Airport is just 10 minutes away.

Yes! We are offering the entire Brick City Haven exclusively as a World Cup 2026 special from June 1 through July 31, 2026. The whole home - all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, private backyard, home gym, and in-unit laundry - is available at $850/night. Individual rooms are not bookable during this period. A $850 deposit is required for weekly stays; stays of two weeks or more require a 10% deposit of the total. World Cup buyouts are open to all genders.
